早年，S<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">HE唱过一首歌《安全感》，里面有这<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样的一句歌词：如果<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你没有安全感，请把安全带系上。<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">当然，这首歌歌词内容是关于爱情，而我这里想说的是生活。在生活中我们同<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样需要安全感，但这份安全感不是来自于他人而是<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你自己。
有人说，我一直在努力为什么还是一无所获。
因为<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你还没到最好的自己。
有人说，我这么努力是为了什么？为了有钱？为了更好的生活？
我说，应该都是。
也有说人，我努力了这么久，久到自己都心疼自己，都想抱抱自己。
那么，就<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">拥抱一下自己，和自己成为最亲密的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">朋友，给自己足够的安全感。
1、 毕业后的这两年，让我渐趋的成熟。我的心理年龄与思想都告别了我曾单纯的岁月，也告诉自己那些曾单纯过的、曾无知过的都将深埋<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">心底。 如果说现在的我是一朵向阳的花朵。那么毕业前的我还只是一粒种子，毕业后的我是一心只想着冲出土壤的枝芽，现在的我这正是这朵向阳，想要努力绽放的花朵。我常常会习惯性的在黑夜去<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">回忆那些我曾落泪过的日子，虽不足而谈，却是自己所走过的黑暗。即使现在的我依旧过得没有想象中的那么好，但至少我的心比以前坚<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">硬也比以前多了几分释然。 还记得刚实习的那个自己，那个倔强的一意孤行的自己。将实习前所有的计划抛到了脑后，一心想着我要赶紧工作，赶紧去接触社会，去成长。就像那最典型的寓言故事拔苗助长，最终，我终是渐渐枯萎。那时，曾高谈论阔着我要努力变成最好的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样子，曾经大声叫喊着我要给自己一个完美的毕业典礼，我要去最远的地方来一趟毕业旅行，我要用胶片拍出自己最美的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样子。而最后，这些都没有实现。 前不久看着<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">好友的毕业旅行，我不禁又感慨了起来。在心里告诉自己“对不起啊，让<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你受委屈了，欠<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你的毕业旅行到现在都还没给<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你。”随后我便泪眼朦胧，内心感叹着那时的自己。 从实习到毕业后的那一年，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">是我最不想去忘记一年。那一年，我被生活这位长者一次又一次的打磨着，我会发觉它“宠幸”着千万人，唯独看不见我，又何来“宠幸”。我在黑夜的城市咆哮过，我在关了灯的房间哭泣过，我在人潮拥挤的人海迷失过。我抱怨着生活没有给我一丝丝安全感。而最后，在这一次又一次的磨练中<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你会发现其实<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你一直是在跟自己<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">过不去，是<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你没有想象中的那么努力，是<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你过于焦急，是<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">忘了思考。 又是一个漫长的失眠夜。我伏案在书桌前打开自己的微博，翻看着自己所发布的每一条，我发现从出校门实习到14年底<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">是我抱怨最多的一段时间，也是心情最低落的一年。我边看边笑着这<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样的自己。随后也删除了一些，删除不是为了逃避那<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样的自己，也不是为了删除那些有关的印记，而是为了告诉自己，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你再也不能像那过去的日子一<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样，也不能再那般的脆弱与稚嫩。 我笑话那个时候的自己，也很感谢那时的自己。生活给予<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你的每一份经历都是最好的安排，那些<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你以为<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你熬不过的日子，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你以为<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你会退缩的轨道，其实在<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你还没有来得及反应的时候就已<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">经过去了。所有的忧伤与不安都会成为过往，也都会随着时间<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">慢慢沉淀。人生这趟单行道旅程是那么的漫长，它没有返程的轨道。只有一路顺着单轨而行，而沿途<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你所<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">经过的风景都是必然的，但<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你看到什么或者会经历着什么，这些是谁也无法预知。
2、 前段时间，在豆瓣收到一条豆邮，内容是：“笙箫，我很迷茫，我不知道该<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">怎么办。”后来，我回复了一句：“人活着就是一种迷茫，不同的时期有不同的迷茫体，因为人的欲<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">望是会膨胀，是会不断的随着生活而渴求度越来越高，而在这之前<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你不断的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑就好。” <font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">电影《阿甘正传》里面的阿甘是一个先天智障，智商只有75的低能儿。小时候在学校里为了躲避同学们的欺负，听从了青梅竹马珍妮的话而开始“跑”，就这<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样他日后的人生离不开“跑”。他跑进了大学；他跑进了国家橄榄球队被肯尼迪总统接见；他跑成了越战<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">英雄；阿甘最终闯出了一片属于自己的天空。在他的生活中，他结识了许多美国的名人。他告发了水门事件的窃听者，作为美国乒乓球队的一员到了中国，为中美建交立下了功劳。猫王和约翰·列侬这两位音乐巨星也是通过与他的交往而创作了许多风靡一时的歌曲。最后，阿甘通过捕虾成了一名企业家。他一直在跑，直到最后和珍妮有了<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">他们的孩子。阿甘停了下来，开始回自己的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">故乡。他开始向身边的人讲述着自己经历也顺带<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">回忆着自己的一生。 现在的我们也正是一种<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑，虽不同于阿甘。因为我们是和千万人一起竞跑也是和自己赛跑。就算遇到困难、遇到阻碍，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你依旧要站起来继续<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑。 谁也决定不了这个<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑的规则，只有<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你自己可以。在这条跑道上我们有可能会在一开始的时候处于领先的状态，后来会渐渐落后；也有可能会一开始落后，后来领先。这过程中是快是慢是放弃，要跑成什么<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样子终究还是要看自己，也只有<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你自己才能够决定自己的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样子。有的人会一直坚持下去，有的人会选择中途退赛。但无论结果如何，我们都不要辜负自己，至少要那么努力的跑一次。 <font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">当<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你累的时候，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">当<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你没有力气<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑的时候，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">当<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你觉得生活没有给自己足够的安全感的时候，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你可以<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">拥抱一下自己。因为<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你正在为了遇见那个更好的自己而<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑着、努力着。日后的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你，一定会感谢现在这<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">样的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你。<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你会发现以往的失意与得意，迷惘与清晰，都显得不那么重要。
3、 生活其实就像一盒巧克力，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你永远不知道<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你会得到什么，或甜或苦，都要吃下去。可能现在的<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你会觉得生活是黑暗的洞穴，但<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你一定要相信有一天<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你一定会看见光透进来。<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你要努力的抬起<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你的双脚走下去，<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">奔跑下去。<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">你那么努力，应该很没有安全感吧。那么，记得<font color="re<font color=" red"="">d">拥抱一下自己。
