10-24麦克风 1. I am the supermodel of hands. My job is to keep my hands picture-perfect every day all day. Washing hands is, like, the No.1 detriment. I’ll use a cleanser. It’s sulfate-free. These are my hand-model-must-have tools. 2. It’s hard to keep your hands looking that good all the time. The perfect hand-model hand is poreless, hairless, veinless; it almost looks like it’s asleep. 3. So, I created a two-tier approach. The day cream, there’s an SPF in it and silicium that’s like a moisture barrier. A little bit of oil into my cuticles. 4. And then at night, night treatment. And this corrects any signs of aging. My hand-model diet: fatty oils, olive oil, lots of nuts, avocados, really good Omega-3s-anti-inflammatory. And then I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and lots of water. 5. And then the hand-model workout. The thing I do the most is yoga. It’s gracefulness. It’s muscle memory.
