Poice say three gunmen have shot and wounded eight people in the eastern US city of Baltimore. One of the victims is a three-year-old girl, but no one is in critical condition. The shooting erupted outside some rowhouses. Authorities say they believe the attack was in retaliation to wan earlier shooting. The suspects are still at large.
