General opinion makes out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don&`&t see that. Seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it&`&s not particularly dignified or newsworthy but it&`&s always there. Fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, none of the phone calls from people on board were messages of hate or revenge, they were all messages of love. I&`&m serious here. I left Elton&`&s and a hefty number of half-naked chicks with their mouths open in order to hang out with you at Christmas. - Well, Bill... - - It&`&s a terrible, terrible mistake, chubs... but you turn out to be the fucking love of my life. And to be honest, despite all my complaining... we have had a wonderful life. - Well... thank you. I mean, come on, it&`&s been an honor. I feel very proud. 爱是付出。 作家Jamie被妻子背叛，跑到乡村疗伤，竟与只会说葡萄牙语女管家产生灵犀相通的感情。Jamie从乡村回到伦敦苦学葡萄牙语，终于赶在圣诞夜向她求婚。求婚的话都是用葡萄牙语说的，翻译成英文还有不少语法错误。也许，只有这样不计较得失的付出，才会收获真的爱情吧。 －Boa noite, Aurelia. －Boa noite, Jamie. －Beautiful Aurelia... You&`&ve made the life I lead foolish, too. 爱是勇敢。节目一开始说到失去妻子的Daniel还有个儿子Sam，人小鬼大的他暗恋学校最美的姑娘Joanna，他为了Joanna学习打击乐，在圣诞晚会上给领唱的她伴奏，可是Joanna要去美国了。在Daniel的鼓励下，Sam终于赶在Joanna飞机起飞前向她表白。有时候，我真是惊叹那种年轻时不顾一切的勇敢。即便年龄增长，爱，还是要，大声说出来。 －Sammy!
