（18）子曰：“事父母，幾諫，見志不從，又敬不違，勞而不怨。”
The Master Confucius said, “In serving his parents, a son may persuade them, but gently; when he sees that
they are unwilling to take his advice, he respects them without any interference, should he handle issues for them, he does not allow himself to murmur.”
（21）子曰：“父母之年, 不可不知也。一則以喜，一則以懼。”
The Master Confucius said, “The years of parents may by no means not be kept in mind, as an occasion for joy and for fear.”
