Who: Xiao Wenling, professor and director of the Department of Textile and Fashion Design at Tsinghua University
Q: Why do you want to cooperate with Kopenhagen？
A: We would like to cooperate with them since they have a large amount of resources in both fashion and design.
Who: Xiao Qing is one of the students at Tsinghua who has participated in this program.
Q: What have you learnt in Denmark?
A: I learn fashion design for 6 years. In this program I have learned so much different skills. I think the most important is about the life style, how we live and what we can learn. Before I go to Denmark I like fur very much. After I come back I love them more than before. I think I want to be a fur designer in the future. In Tsinghua we learn the knowledge in the book not to do it. But in Denmark I do it by myself. I design it and make it. So I can learn more about the fur and design.

Q: What kind of products would you like to introduce to us here today? And what are their advantages in China?
A: The friendship between China and Denmark goes back a long time. And the commercial ties between our two countries have always been close and constructive. And this is also the case when it comes to the food and agricultural products as we introduce here today.
Denmark has always had its eyes turned toward the outside world. And for many generations, this has forces Danish producers to try to develop and refine products and accommodate to shift in tastes. And as a result, we have a strong culture of innovation in our food industry. And I believe that you may see this reflected in some of the Danish products presented here today.
