The month of May is for music and art. And the international Beijing Modern Music Festival is one of the events that gather fantastic artists from around the world to perform here in the Chinese capital.
The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center had their debut tour to China, and gave a wonderful performance at Beijing&`&s Central Conservatory of Music.
Its Artistic Directors David Finckel and Wu Han performed and commented on the historic occasion that their tour is very much inspired by China&`&s potential to become one of the world&`&s leading classical music nations.
Voices From Other Lands was invited to the show and had a talk with Cellist David Finckel, who introduced the Chamber Music Society and Lincohn Center, and shared his stories of working on music on his cello.
