7.26 Being a princess

EMF 2018.07.26 We provide over 30 different characters for children’s birthday parties, ranging from princesses to pirates to fairies and pretty much anything in between. Each character has their own way of talking, of laughing, of expressions, of hand movements. I do actually make the majority of my costumes. Each costume I want to say takes probably about a month or so. I really like to make them look like my idea of the character. Put my own spin on it. I think overall what I really like about being a princess and just what attracts me to the world is the idea of escape. It’s why we go to movies; it’s why we love fairy tales, this happily ever after. It’s inspirational. We all would want that in our lives. Overall, the secret to being a princess is being a nice person. That’s what we always see when we see all the fairy tales. They’re kindness overrules all. 我们可以为小朋友的生日派对提供30多种不同角色，从公主到海盗再到小精灵，角色几乎应有尽有。每一个角色的说话方式，笑的方式，表情、手势都各有不同。事实上，我的服装大部分都是我自己亲手制作的。我想说，每一件都要花费大约一个月的时间。我真的很喜欢让这些服装能表达出我对于这个角色的理解。让这个角色有我自己的特色。 整体上我觉得，我真正喜欢当公主的原因、这个童话世界吸引我的地方，就是逃离（繁杂的现实）的想法。这也解释我们为什么喜欢去电影院，为什么喜欢“从此幸福地生活下去”的童话故事。这些都很鼓舞人心。所有人都想要在生活中拥有这些。总的来讲，成为一位公主的秘诀就是要做一个善良的人。我们看到的所有童话故事都是这样的，善良超越一切。
