Kneel on the ground! Lift up your arms! Roar! When you roar like a lion, you feel brave and strong. When you feel angry, jump like a frog. Crouch down! Leap up! It feels good. Jumping like a frog makes your legs strong. When you feel weak,try to be a snake. Lie on your tummy! Stretch! Stretch! Stretch! Poke out your tongue! Stretching like a snake will make you feel better. When your tummy feels funny,try to be a bat. Legs apart! Head upside down! Your head down like a bat helps your tummy feel better.
