中美首个高铁项目流产 中企出海除了技术过硬还需注意什么 The U.S. company XpressWest has announced it is terminating its cooperation with China Railway International in building a high-speed rail link between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Chief executive of Las Vegas-based XpressWest, Tony Marnell, says that his company's ambitions outpace China Railway's ability to move the project forward in a timely and efficient manner. China Railway says XpressWest is irresponsible in making such a decision while talks are still on-going. The two companies reached a deal to build the high-speed rail link starting this coming September. The American firm has backed out of the 100-million US dollar deal at the last minute, citing regulatory hurdles and timing as the main issues.
