U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant[lu'tɛnənt] Shane Wolfe is assigned to rescue Howard Plummer, a scientist working on⌒a top-secret government project from a group⌒of Serbian['sə:biən] rebels. However, Plummer is killed in the attack. Two months later, Wolfe was sent to protect Plummer’s family, because the top-secret program is still hidden somewhere in the house.
The kids prove to be difficult to handle. And nanny Helga’s absence makes the whole thing a lot worse. And Shane’s Everything-is-done-my-way method doesn’t work for the kids. The elder sister Zoe even asks Shane to leave them alone. But everything changes after Shane defeats two masked ninjas['nindʒəz] who try to attack them. Having known the whole situation, the kids agree to cooperate with him. In the whole process, Shane teaches Lulu and her fellow friends to be brave enough to face the bullies. He helped Zoe to pass her driver’s ed. He encourages Seth to hold on to his actor’s dream. He masters the Panda Dance in order to make Peter sleep. And he even learns how to change Tyler’s diaper!
Both Shane and the kids learn a lot from the event. The movie has a happen ending as everybody expects: the bad guys are put behind bars; the top-secret program is in good hands; Shane falls in love with the principal and he also finds a job in the school.
