完整youtube视频 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5hS7eukUbQ We are going to release some body tension starting from the throat So what I want you to do is yawn Like this I know it can be hard to yawn on command. But I want you to try You've been yawning all your life You know how to do this And you have the ability to trigger it Just it's an ability you may not have made use of because you may not have had to. But I want to you try it now As you yawn, I want you to pay attention to the inside of your throat. Basically you can keep yawning. That's all Just yawn and pay attention to that stretching feeling inside the throat Notice how your airway and your throat just completely release. That's not the way I want you to sing But just as a warm up exercise you can really release a lot of tension up here And it can also help release diaphragm a bit So I want you to again just yawn Allow the throat basically just to open up I think you can do a few more times if you want to. You can pause the video if you can. If not, just keep going on. The other thing is Yes we want this to be relaxed, but we also want this to engage. WHen I say this, I mean the abdominal muscle, low chest low abdominal muscles, your side, your back, muscles. We want to feel it down here We dont want this to squeeze inside up. But we do want this to reflectively do it. It's not something I want you to force it to happen It's something I want you to allow it to happen That, I want to you do a gentle, gentle, gentle cough So we are gonna cough gently as we clearing our throats, like [cough, cough] And I want you to be aware of what happened in the muscle region. You can feel some contraction. Super gentle now. [Cough cough, 3 more] Not so gentle the way you cannot feel it. But gentle enough Again. [cough cough] Can you feel it? which is reminding you body, this is what I want So what I want you to do now that we move on to some light gentle lip rolls I want you to focus on letting the face stay relaxed and allowing the body to work So the throat is relaxed. And the body gets to work a little We don't need this [the throat]. You relax the shoulders and you relax the neck This [abdominal] will join in So let's start. Let's make some sound So what we are going to do is a lip roll In case you are not familiar, instead of [ah ...] We do [lip rolls ...] Realize that you are not even going to do any scale now We're just gonna [...] Simple little lip rolls Take a breathe, let it come out [...] Try it, just [...] Just the way it's comfortable, no particular note, you are not to match my note Just comfortable within your speaking voice range [...] Good. Now we are gonna work on teaching our body to make the sound without engaging the neck So you are gonna feel stupid in case you know any of these videos Let me just say, a lot of stuff we are gonna do is stupid At least this is how these things would make you look. But it works of what we've done, you are gonna say, ah it's amazing So just be stupid with me for now You'll reap the benefit. it's a promise So want you to shake your head from side to side like you are saying no I tell my clients, just think you are in a shampoo commercial like you got stuff in your hair and your hair is bouncy that gentle shake, it's not stiff Just gentle. And I want you to lip-roll with it Somewhat comfortable, [lip rolls] ANd see if you feel these [abdominal] muscles jumping in Just a little bit, it would be a subtle in a cough which might feel a gentle contraction around the abdominal and the side of the back. I dont want you to force it You allow it to happen [lip rolls] Good. Now we play with the range a bit We're gonna go from head voice to chest voice. So From this voice down to this voice So instead of We are gonna go [lip rolls] Try that [lip rolls] So really a gentle way to wake up your range But I want to you to add the head turn thing Not the stomach thing, but [lip rolls] Distract those neck muscles [Lip rolls] And one more time [Lip rolls] OK good. You'd also get used to me randomly singing stuff Hm, it happens and it's contagious.
