He adds he was unaware that one of its ingredients was a banned substance. Sun had already served his ban by September's Asian Games, held in Incheon. Notes: Trimetazidine has been banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency since January, 2014. In the Asia Games in South Korea in September, Sun took three gold medals. Sun is a popular sports star in China but has been in the news before for his exploits out of the pool.
