2019.03.20 其实你看起来 很不错 Lesson A   1. When you’re looking in the mirror, you are moving, and you can kinda contort your posture and your body, and your facial expressions to form a more pleasing appearance. 当你看向镜子里的时候，你本身是在动着的，你可以通过变化姿势，肢体，和面部表情来形成更令人满意的样子。   2. When you’re just taking a one-frame picture straight on, you are not gonna be able to have as many frames to choose from, to make yourself look good. So it’s just this one snap judgment of what you might actually look like. 当你只是拍摄一帧照片时，你将无法拥有很多帧图片来挑选出让你看起来好看的那张。所以这只是对于你真实外表的一种仓促判断。   3. And another reason that you do actually look good, you’re not ugly I promise, is that people aren’t as critical about you as you are on yourself. They don’t notice every little detail on you, like you notice upon yourself, right? 另一个你真的看起来不错的原因——你不丑的，我保证——是人们对于你的评价并不像你对自己那样苛刻。他们不会像你那样注意你身上的每一处细节，对吧？   4. When people see you from the outside, they’re looking at you overall. They are not obsessing over, “that little pimple there”, “that little blemish there” and “that hair there” and that’s how they make a judgement about what you look like. 当人们从外部看你时，他们会从整体上看你。他们不会过分在意“那块儿的小痘痘”，“那块儿的小斑点”，和“那块儿的头发”，这就是他们评判你长相的方式。
