200918 Ascension

1. Ever since I was a kid, I've dreamed of flying. When I was five years old, my mom took me to see a movie about a boy that floats away on a bunch of balloons. That triggered dreams where I would fly over New York City and inspired my love of levitation and magic for sure. 2. I've never forgotten that image, and now I'm gonna make it a reality by holding onto a bunch of balloons and flying as high as I can possibly go. Every single stunt that I've ever done is about endurance and pushing past what I thought would be possible. I can't imagine many people would ever dream of doing them. 3. And for the first time, I'm gonna have cameras that show my point of view. So while I'm drifting up and away into the sky, you'll be right there with me. Of everything I've ever done, ascension is by far my favorite. And I can't wait to share this with all of you, especially my daughter. 从我还是孩子的时候，我就梦想着飞翔。在我5岁的时候，妈妈带我去看了一场电影，电影讲的是一个男孩子靠一束气球飘走的故事。这确实激起了我飞越纽约的梦想，激发了我对于悬浮和魔术的热爱。 我从未忘记那个画面，现在我要将它变为现实——抓着一束气球，尽可能往高处飞。我所做的每一个特技都需要耐力并且推进我认为可能的事情。我甚至觉得人们从未梦想过做这些事。 第一次，我要用摄像机展示我的第一视角。这样当我漂浮到天上时，你就像在我身边一样（能看到同样的画面）。我所做过的所有事情当中，升空是目前为止我最爱的一件。我迫不及待想跟你们所有人——尤其我女儿——分享这件事。
