介绍:
7.18.EMF 哈尔滨:冰雪之乡,唯美之都 Until the turn of the 19th century, the Chinese city of Harbin was just a modest fishing village, whose name means a place to dry nets. In 1896, Russia negotiated to build a railway line from the port of Vladivostok to Harbin. And the city experienced an influx of workers and a flood of refugees escaping the Russian Revolution. These emigrants have given the Chinese city a distinct Russian flavor (which is) best experienced by road-testing Harbin's cross-cultural cuisine. One of the best places to start a culinary journey is the city's bomb shelters, built at the height of World War II and now housing underground malls offering tasty Harbin delicacies. These days there are few Russians walking the city streets of Harbin, but their rich and colorful legacy remains in Harbin's architecture, food and of course, its love of vodka.
