A 53-year-old woman presented with a 3-week history of conjunctival redness, swelling, and the sensation of having a foreign body in the lateral conjunctiva of her left eye.
She had traveled to Sri Lanka 10 months before presentation.
Examination revealed a solitary, subconjunctival, moving worm , which was 10 cm long.
