1. attachment - a document that you send to sb using email
Example:
When you send an email, you can also send a sound or graphic file as an attachment.
2. ban – to decide or say officially that sth is not allowed.
Example:
Chemical weapons are banned internationally. 国际上禁止使用化学武器。
He was banned from the meeting. 他被取消了出席会议的资格。
3. clarification - verb clarify, to make sth clearer or easier to understand.
Example:
To clarify a situation / problem / issue 澄清情况/问题
The union has written to Zurich asking for clarification of the situation. 该联盟已致函苏黎世,要求将情况解释清楚。
4. correspondence – the letters a person sends and receives.
Example:
His interest in writing came from a long correspondence with a close college friend. 与一位大学密友的长期通信培养了他写作的兴趣。
5. draft – a rough written version of sth that is not yet in its final form.
Example:

Example:

7. exhibition – the act of showing sth, for example, works of art, to the public.
Example:

Example:

10. punctuation – the marks used in writing that divide sentences and phrases.
Example:

Example:

12. whatsoever – used to emphasize a negative statement
Example:

Example:
