Be aware of what you focus on and what you're talking about. Your focus and the things you're talking about shows what you believe in.
Take English for example, if you really feel that you could speak English well, when encounter some difficulties, you'll always choose to focus on and to share your improvements.
If you always focus on the negative, but you do not wanna be like that, you could start to think " What do I want? Then, what can I do to make it better?"
Then you'll find that you're starting to focus on the positive more and more.
