In teaching, it doesn't matter the most how good your capability is, if you cant communicate that to a student and get them to digest, you might as well have not had the capability.
You have to be passionate to do this. There are times when you'II be in the office till 4:30 to get a live coverage finished for a program the next morning.
But ultimately it's worth it when you put something in front of them and their interest lights up and they improve and you've got it. Not everyone gets to do that ( and have that sort of joy and fulfillment ).
1.在教学中,你自己的水平有多好并不是最重要的,如果你无法清楚地讲解给学生并让他们消化,那么你其实也没有多少水平。
2.做老师必须要有激情,会有很多时候,你要工作到凌晨4:30去完成一个和美国同步的实时报道,为的就是第二天一早上的节目。
3.但最终这一切都是值得的,当你把一期节目呈现给学生的时候,他们的兴趣都被激发了,他们进步了,你做到了。并不是每一个人都可以拥有这样的快乐和成就感。
