Hello everyone and welcome to Paca Talk, I am your host today, as always. This is the first episode of Paca Talk. For those of you who came from my other album Paca Reads, don&`&t worry, I will update a new episode soon. I&`&m just really busy with my personal stuff.
I&`&m super excited to start this album because I love to babble about all different things that happened to me or is currently happening around the world or the universe or the parallel universe.... it just went too far. So, in every episode of Paca Talk, or at least that&`&s what I&`&ve currently planned, I&`&m going to have you guys to learn some vocabulary and bring up a topic about random things. Please leave a comment if you want to share your point of view and I will be happy to read some comments in the future episodes. Music Rec is a must. I love music and songs. Tell me what songs do you like! I&`&d love to expand my playlist.
So today&`&s vocabulary is sibling. It means your blood brother or sister（亲兄弟姐妹）. Or it could be used as an adjective as well（亲兄弟姐妹的）. Pretty simple, right? This word just brought up what I want to have for today&`&s topic: if your parents are still capable or are open to adoption, would you have a younger brother or sister?
For me, I&`&ve always wanted a younger brother who&`&s 5 years younger than me or a sister who&`&s 10 years younger than me. Please don&`&t ask me how I got those two numbers. It&`&s just instinct. It&`&s a feeling, okay? So if I had a younger brother, he would probably be going through puberty, and he&`&d be totally fighting me and my parents right now. He would call me an idiot at home but secretly think his sister&`&s pretty awesome. But if I had a younger sister, I would totally spoil her because she&`&s 10/10 a princess and princess requires love, which I would be so flattered to give.
I&`&ve been talking about this topic for around 4 years, but the one reason it was brought to the table again, is the anime I watched weeks ago. Those who listened to my previous episode of PacaReads probably know what&`&s going on here; yes unfortunately my obsession for Yuri!!! on Ice just grew bigger. But honestly, not for the whole anime, or the protagonist Katsuki Yuuri, or his so-called canon boyfriend Viktor Nikiforov. It&`&s Yuri Plisetsky! You know what, he&`&s just simply everything I want for a baby brother. He&`&s grumpy and sharp but secretly loving and kind, and he&`&s professional at what his doing; in this case, figure skating. OMG I&`&m so trash. Wait, I can&`&t believe "trash" is almost an out-dated term already. It means garbage of course but here it actually means "obsessed with", it&`&s a term that was widely used on the Internet two years ago but it seems nobody is saying it anymore. Anyway, here goes my obsession with Mr. Yuri Plisetsky. I promise I won&`&t bring this up again. Peace!
Speaking of fandom（同人）, as an active fan, I will talk to you guys about all the English terms in fandom in the future.
