The girl in the white dress 白衣少女
It was a rainy night and a young man was on the bus going back home. At one of the stops a young woman wearing a white dress got on the bus. She sat down next to the man. She was soaked （湿透的）and looked cold, so the young man offered her his jacket. She put it on and said – Thank you. My name is Clara -. They talked for a while until she reached her stop. The young man told her to keep the jacket. She agreed and gave him her home address so he could pick the jacket up another day. They said goodbye and she got off the bus.
The next day the young man went to the address Clara had given him. He knocked（敲门） on the door. An old lady opened and the young man asked - Is Clara home?-. The old woman looked at him seriously. The young man spoke again – Is Clara home? I'm here to pick the jacket I gave her yesterday-. The woman gasped（喘息着说） not believing what she had just heard, and answered – Clara is my daughter. She died two years ago yesterday-.
