Local customs——Egypt
As nearly 95percent of Egyptains(埃及人) are Muslims , they have some special customs(习俗). if you want to travel to Egypt , it is best to learn some of them first .
l Egyptains always use their right hands to eat . That's because their left hands are always used in the toilet(厕所). They think it is unclean .
l Egyptains are conservative(保守的), especially women . An Egyptain woman seldom(很少)talks to a stranger , especially a man in public .
l A handshake(握手)is a good way to meet someone if you are members of the same sex . But a man should wait for a woman to reach out her hand first . If she doesn't , a polite headbow(鞠躬) is also good .
