whether......or /whether.......or not
wh-ever..
a.whether .....or/whether.....or not 无论是否。。。。
Whether you believe it or not,it's true.
无论你是否相信，这都是真的。
b wh -ever=no matter+相应的wh-词(whatever,whenever,whoever ,
however,wherever)
注：no matter+疑问词只能用于引导让步状语从句，wh-ever 类词还可以引导名词性从句
eg. Whatever happened,he would not mind
=No matter what happened,he would not mind.
无论发生了什么，他都不会介意的。
Whoever you are,you must keep the law.
= No matter who you are, you must keep the law.
不管你是谁，都要遵纪守法。
