2019.05.15 The Boy Scout Association童子军 Lesson A   1. The Boy Scout Association was founded in England in 1908 by Robert Baden-Powell. Scouting quickly became popular in the United States. Government leaders were happy that there was an organization for young boys to learn about things like citizenship and self-reliance.
