This cultivated gentleman is as rough-hewn jade, carved and polished, sculpted and refined. He carries himself with gravity, with poise; the gentleman is always on my mind. Behold the riverbend, the verdant bamboo. With precious stones at his ears, his hatpin like stars, in jewels bright the gentleman is bedecked. He carries himself with gravity, with poise; the gentleman is impossible to forget. Behold the riverbend, the thickset bamboo. The cultivated gentleman gleams: like bronze, like gold, like solemn scepter, like ritual jade. Generous with grace and unreserved of heart, he lounges carefree against the carriage.
