为什么看美剧会提高你的英文？
You’ll get to learn natural English…not textbook English. 你会学习一些自然的英语…不是书本上的英语。
You learn English words in context. 你会在语境中学习英语。
Feel the speed of English in action. 在观看过程中可以感受到英语的语速。
选择你觉得有趣或者看过的美剧
Watch something recent that you are interested in. 选一些近几年新出的你感兴趣的电视剧。
Watch a TV show in English that you already seen in your own language (and isn&`&t complex). 选一个你已经用你的母语看过的电视剧（不要太复杂的）。
中文 or 英文字幕?
Use subtitles (In English of course). 使用字幕（当然是英文喽）。
You have to keep on pausing and playing to understand. 你要时刻暂停和继续播放来帮助你更好的理解。
Bring your dictionary, and take notes. 查字典，做记录。
It’s okay to guess words if there are only a few. 如果只有很少的单词（不懂）也可以（不查字典）猜一下。
You can’t study anything if you only focus on Chinese subtitles. 如果只是关注中文字幕你可能学不到什么哦！
老友记到底适合学英语吗？
Expression is too old. Adam认为《老友记》中的英文表达太落伍喽。
The English is fine, just no one talks like that anymore. 英语是没有问题的，只是已经没有人这么讲话了。
