介绍:
《道德经》第三章
不尚贤，使民不争；不贵难得之货，使民不为盗；不见可欲，使民心不乱。是以圣人之治，虚其心，实其腹；弱其志，强其骨。常使民无知无欲。使夫知不敢弗为而已，则无不治。
不尚贤使民不争，这里不尚贤的尚指的是推崇，贤指的是各种荣誉称号，也就是说你执着，推崇各种标兵啊，先进啊等的各种虚名的时候，人群中的各种勾心斗角便出现了。不见可欲，使民心不乱。欲是自己心里的某种欲求。那么面对这种民争，民盗，民心乱的结果老子会教我们对治的方法吗？当然，老子说：“是以圣人之治，虚其心，实其腹，弱其志，强其骨。”这里心相当于英文里的mind，指我们的思想，心意，腹呢，指支撑我们身体的脏腑，为什么要虚心，实腹呢？其实腹是实实在在知道界限的，我们吃饱了，吃撑了的时候再吃就会难受，生病了，但我们的心是虚的是无限的，所谓心有多大，舞台就有多大。
弱其志，强其骨也一样，志是心之所向，就是我们的理想啊，抱负啊，骨指的是我们撑起我们肉身的这幅骨架子。人死了其实什么都剩不下就是这幅骨架子。它是保护我们各个脏腑器官的根本。当然这不是说我们就不要有什么远大理想了，是说在根本价值和附加价值之间我们要把握一个平衡，要知道一个事物的根本价值的重要性不要让附加价值超越了根本价值那就是本末倒置了。
Exalt not the wise,
So that the people shall not scheme and contend;
Prize not rare objects,
So that the people shall not steal;
Shut out from site the things of desire,
So that the people's hearts shall not be disturbed.
Therefore in the government of the Sage:
He keeps empty their hearts
Makes full their bellies,
Discourages their ambitions,
Strengthens their frames;
So that the people may be innocent of knowledge and desires.
And the cunning ones shall not presume to interfere.
By action without deeds
May all live in peace.
